Product, fabric and construction details describe what we can make and are typical, not guaranteed. Specifications for your order are those agreed in writing for that order.

Enquiries and quotations

A brief sent through this website is an enquiry, not an order. No contract is formed until both parties sign a purchase order or agreement, which then governs price, quality, delivery and payment.

Intellectual property

The text, design and photography on this site belong to Dean Textiles or are used with permission. The names Dean Textiles and Tarrit, and their logos, are our trademarks. Other brand names belong to their owners and appear only with permission.

What you send us

Designs, tech packs and other materials you share remain yours. We use them only to respond to your enquiry and fulfil your order, keep them confidential, and sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

Links to other sites

Links to other websites, such as tarrit.in or map services, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse this site, attempt to access it without authorisation, or copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.

Liability
