Our standard
We design and build this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip straight to content.
- Headings, landmarks and lists are marked up so screen readers can navigate them.
- Text and controls meet AA contrast ratios.
- Forms have visible labels and explain errors in words, with a summary at the top.
- Motion is limited and switches off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages reflow to a single column on small screens without horizontal scrolling.
Known limitations
- Some photographs are still awaiting full written descriptions.
- Fabric swatches are drawn graphics, described by text labels rather than detailed alternative text.
- Linked third-party sites, such as map services, are outside our control.
Compatibility
We test with recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, with VoiceOver on Apple devices and NVDA on Windows.
